L'agent réexplique tout en détail de façon clair. Puis nous sommes allés visiter le box pour voir si c'était la bonne taille. Et si jamais c'était trop grand on peut toujours changer dans la limite des box disponibles bien sûr.

Aucune mauvaise surprise et si jamais on a des questions il est disponible. Du coup, ayant eu un problème qui n'est en aucun cas leur faute. Ils m'ont trouvé une solution rapidement. Je tenais à préciser ces détails car il est important de le dire. En cas de problème ils sont là, ils vous aide. Personnellement je trouve que c'est un service de qualité! Ils sont à l'écoute et ils sont réactifs!

Je modifie mon avis car j'ai l'impression que le service se degrade. J'ai l'impression qu'il y a un turn over important.
Une fois je suis passée car mon code ne fonctionnait pas. Un responsable est donc venu avec moi. Un asiatique la quarantaine environs sympathique de prime abord mais complètement inutile. Il avait bien la chemise de Shurgard mais pas de nom! Il a cherché avec moi mon box. Puis je me suis retrouvée enfermée! J'ai dû attendre qu'un client rentre pour pouvoir retourner à l'accueil. Ce monsieur m'avait dit qu'il n'était pas responsable de ce site du coup il allait revenir mais m'a abandonné.

Heureusement que Samir était là! Du coup, il m'a redonné un nouveau code car celui que j'avais n'était pas bon. Ce n'etait pas de son fait mais un collègue qui est là en semaine et ce n'etait pas Romain non plus.

Je vois plus Samir qui est très reactif, à l'écoute et fait preuve d'humanisme, il est également très bon commercial. Il etait resté 1h avec un client pointilleux donc en attendant je discutais avec une nouvelle cliente. J'ai pu partagé mon point de vue sur shurgard.

Le gros moins ce sont les echanges par mail avec Shurgard parfois il y a des erreurs la dernière fois on me fait la remarque du retard de paiement alors que j'avais payé. Et bien entendu à la fin du mail ce n'est pas signé juste "l'équipe commercial". Pas d'excuses non plus. Vu les prix, s'ils n'avaient pas Romain et surtout Samir pour leur sauver la mise car il fait toujours preuve de tact même avec les clients difficiles. Je serais déjà partie.

Je ne sais pas si c'est la direction qui fait fuir les travailleurs ou bien le fait qu'ils embauchent des incompétents. Je n'ai pas forcément eu de bon retour de la clientèle en semaine. Pour ma part si je ne vois pas Samir ou Romain à l'accueil je préfère attendre. Une fois je suis venue à l'heure du déjeuner et Samir s'est interrompu de manger pour me demander si j'avais encore eu un problème avec le code. Je tiens a le dire car tout le monde ne fait pas ça. Je lui avais fait signe qu'il pouvait finir de manger et que je repasserai après.

Je ne sais pas si Samir continuera mais s'il part je préfère trouver un autre box. Pour le moment c'est le seul que je trouve serviable et attentionné au niveau de la clientèle. Romain aussi est sympathique mais je ne l'ai pas souvent vu. Je vois plus souvent Samir ou sinon je l'aperçois en train de courir pour ne pas rater ou trop faire attendre les clients.

Le prix à pas mal augmenter selon mes parents. En comparant avec d'autres Shurgard, il y en a d'autres pour la même taille de box qui sont beaucoup moins chère.

Ça fait un an que je loue et j'ai l'impression que le service se dégrade tout en augmentant les prix... Samir parvient à sauver les meubles avec son professionalisme et son sang froid. Mais avec le temps je me pose de plus en plus de question. Si en revenant je ne le revois plus je résilierai mon contrat.

L'agent réexplique tout en détail de façon clair. Puis nous sommes allés visiter le box pour voir si c'était la bonne taille. Et si jamais c'était trop grand on peut toujours changer dans la limite des box disponibles bien sûr.

Aucune mauvaise surprise et si jamais on a des questions il est disponible. Du coup, ayant eu un problème qui n'est en aucun cas leur faute. Ils m'ont trouvé une solution rapidement. Je tenais à préciser ces détails car il est important de le dire. En cas de problème ils sont là, ils vous aide. Personnellement je trouve que c'est un service de qualité! Ils sont à l'écoute et ils sont réactifs!

Je vois plus Samir qui est très reactif, à l'écoute et fait preuve d'humanisme, il est également très bon commercial. Il etait resté 1h avec un client pointilleux donc en attendant je discutais avec une nouvelle cliente. J'ai pu partagé mon point de vue sur shurgard.

Le gros moins ce sont les echanges par mail avec Shurgard parfois il y a des erreurs la dernière fois on me fait la remarque du retard de paiement alors que j'avais payé. Et bien entendu à la fin du mail ce n'est pas signé juste "l'équipe commercial". Pas d'excuses non plus. Vu les prix, s'ils n'avaient pas Romain et surtout Samir pour leur sauver la mise car il fait toujours preuve de tact même avec les clients difficiles. Je serais déjà partie.

Je ne sais pas si c'est la direction qui fait fuir les travailleurs ou bien le fait qu'ils embauchent des incompétents. Je n'ai pas forcément eu de bon retour de la clientèle en semaine. Pour ma part si je ne vois pas Samir ou Romain à l'accueil je préfère attendre. Une fois je suis venue à l'heure du déjeuner et Samir s'est interrompu de manger pour me demander si j'avais encore eu un problème avec le code. Je tiens a le dire car tout le monde ne fait pas ça. Je lui avais fait signe qu'il pouvait finir de manger et que je repasserai après.

Je ne sais pas si Samir continuera mais s'il part je préfère trouver un autre box. Pour le moment c'est le seul que je trouve serviable et attentionné au niveau de la clientèle. Romain aussi est sympathique mais je ne l'ai pas souvent vu. Je vois plus souvent Samir ou sinon je l'aperçois en train de courir pour ne pas rater ou trop faire attendre les clients.

Le prix à pas mal augmenter selon mes parents. En comparant avec d'autres Shurgard, il y en a d'autres pour la même taille de box qui sont beaucoup moins chère.

Ça fait un an que je loue et j'ai l'impression que le service se dégrade tout en augmentant les prix... Samir parvient à sauver les meubles avec son professionalisme et son sang froid.
